Churchill’s Fifth Grade Gives Back Committee invites all District 41 5th Graders to join us for a fun-filled night of music, dancing, games and mingling to celebrate the beginning of your journey to becoming a Hadley Wildcat!
Meet new friends and hang out with old ones! Soon enough you will all be together at Hadley Jr High!

Tickets
Tickets are $12 per student PLUS a suggested donation to our Backpack Drive
Ticket price includes: official event photos, snacks and one raffle entry to win Beats Headphones and other raffle prizes!
Special pricing is available for students who qualify for D41's Free and Reduced Lunch Program
Backpack Drive
We're hosting a Backpack Drive to benefit the D41 Kids Foundation "Supplies for Success" which provides school supplies assistance to families in our district.
Students may bring a new or like-new backpack to donate at mixer check-in or purchase directly from D41 Supplies for Success Amazon wishlist HERE.
Cash donations will also be accepted at the door.
Check-in / Sign out
Students will sign in and out at the main entrance to Churchill (Door 1) from 6pm. Students needing to leave early for any reason will need to be signed out by an adult at Door 1.
Parking
Parking and overflow parking is available at Churchill School, the Churchill Kindergarten Center (accessed via Bloomingdale Road) or Cornerstone Christian Church (312 Geneva Road).

Students are required to follow all district policies including the Dress Code, and the School Conduct and Behavior Policy as outlined in the Student Handbook. School attendance is required to attend after school events. Phones must be POWERED OFF & AWAY.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you understand that if your student fails to comply with district policies, you will be contacted and asked to collect them early from the event.
