Purchase Your 5th Grade Yearbook Love Notes
Write a note to your graduating 5th grader in the yearbook!

Tell them how proud you are of them and wish them well at Hadley, include a baby picture of your child to see how much they’ve grown.

Love Notes are $10: Zelle, cash, or check
To submit your Love Note and picture electronically, email yearbook@churchillpta.org.
Please indicate how you have paid in your email.

Alternatively, you can return your Love Note, baby picture, and payment to the main office in an envelope marked with your child’s name; attention yearbook.

We’re excited to partner with School Tool Box to offer convenient, prepackaged school supply kits for the school year! Each box is customized to match Churchill’s approved supply list by grade and will be shipped directly to the school before the first day.
