Churchill Chess Club

 

The Churchill Chess Club welcomes students with an interest in learning, practicing, and enjoying the game of chess in a fun, supportive environment. Our program is open to students in Grades 2–5, knowing the rules is encouraged but not required.

What to Expect
•    Learn fundamentals, strategy, and tactics
•    Play friendly matches
•    Build confidence and problem solving skills
•    Prepare for optional local tournaments

Cost
•    $30 per student or $50 for two or more students in the same family
•    Financial assistance is available for families who qualify for free/reduced lunch.

Volunteers
Parent volunteers are welcome and appreciated. No chess experience is required — just a willingness to help supervise and support students.
