​​Notes for Table Hosts:
Table hosts can be as creative as they wish to be! Here are some photos of last years event to give you a flavor of what tables can look like.

You could:

  * Display photos and facts about your country on a tri-fold display (provided) 

  * Bring meaningful items to display on the table

  * Dress in traditional attire

  * Offer small servings of traditional food to try (make sure to include a list of ingrediants)

The PTA will provide you with:

 * the trifold display board

 * stickers with your flag on them

 * up to $50 per table in reimbursement for items you purchase (submit receipts here)

You will need to let us know:

* the name of the student participating in the flag parade

* 3 trivia questions with answers about your country for the quiz

* how much space you need if you are running an activity

* whether your activity needs an electrical supply
